Multiple frenum piercings

Multiple frenum piercings placed in sequence are referred to as a frenum ladder. They're customarily placed along the base of the knob, and infrequently continue along into a scrotum or perhaps guiche ladder. Other placements ( on the top or side ) are also possible. Barbells in 12ga to 6ga are the commonest jewellery. While many of us do the piercings one at a time, there's no reason why any quantity of piercings can not be done at once - sessions of many piercings aren't unheard of!
